CATCLASS CON 2 CAMP 2005.

DAY ONE
Got up early in the morning.. went to school first to drop something off to the bandits.. wasnt much in the spirits.. a bit tired. then we met at church.
First people i met was amanda with her huge sling-bag then jervis. i went with jervis to the kindergarten area to play a bit of music.. he strum i drum.

Then everyone assemble at .. outside the bookshop there. We sat in your favourite ESP bus! singapore zoo bus!! :D on the way, we were packed like sardines.. brought a lot of stuff from holy sprit. we were headed for the catholic spirituality centre.. halfway there, i realised that the whole of the back row was filled by my 'favourite' short people in class! Namely, EADELIN, CHARM, GERI, NAT, AMANDA.. ....
if you havent noticed by now, i seriously enjoy bullying small people *smiles* so fun.. reactions all so funny. ah well, the guys sitting at the front of the bus decided to SABO charm the way they did at ESP. press the stop button and all jeer at charm (: (of course, with the kind consent of the bus driver) but of course, as always, she counter our attack by claiming that she too short to reach the button.. ok la.. smart neonei. blah. THEN we double counter and say iddie carry her one.. haha! gosh i miss bus rides..

anyway, we got to catholic spirituality centre and we met the facilitators! almost ALL CJC! whoa.. anyway, found a fellow peircean there! Gerri from Graduating class of 2005.. yaye. peirce rocks! anyway, we had action songs to sort of warm up.. not the best la.. just average standard la.. then we go play games! WHA. true warmup. guys and SOME girls played soccer and the others play captains' balls.. hahah.. then it was lunchtime and time to settle into the bunks.. GUYS DORM WAS SO NICE. better than girls' in fact! ahaha.. ok then we went up to start decorating our 'warm fuzzie' envolopes. i kept being called a monkey! why??? ahh well, there was the F6.... pillar of warm fuzzies.

THEN we went settle the beef within the group.. and the pillar became F7.... (:

ok whatever..

then we had our free time for dinner and warm fzzie writing..

First prayer session was at night, reporting time, 715.

Left the dorm with Sam. then i dunno what la.. we started climbing the stupid wall instead of taking the stairs up to the 2nd floor! then halfway up the guy in charge there said 'aye boy! what you doing?' what sial... ass. then we quickly zao go blend with the crowd along the 2nd floor... BUT THEN, that asshole came up and called for john then when he left, john was like, 'who are the two smart idiots who climbed the wall? ' then SAM and i were like oh shit... then joseph said to sam, 'be a man, do the right thing' CFC la... what the hell. then john said, Aaron dont tell me youre one of them' then, i forgot what liao... ah well, prayer session. called and led into the room one by one. and john said, aaron if you climb another wall again, i will kill you. then it was like damn paiseh la... ask sam.. he felt that way too..

ANYWAY, moses(the facil) took over the session.. the subect for the night was our level of relationship with god.. and i dont think mine was really that good.. throughout the night though, we managed to get focused and in the mood to pray.. a few things happened on the first night and it helped us, i'm sure to open up a bit. we wrote and wrote and things opened up to ourselves even more. we ended off by singing a few really happy praise songs =) V.fun

then supper time and lights out.. spent some time talking to thad and writing more warm fuzzies.. after that, go to sleep. i happened to have a.... nice little raccoon sleeping quietly in the sleeve of my jacket at night.. haha..

DAY TWO

woke up early.. then decided to slip out with thad and jervis and sam to brush teeth and such before everyone else woke up.. felt really stupid about the wall in the morning.. but ah well.. it happened already. we went for breakfast in the park.. kinda fun i must say.. then we came back and prepared for mass. Fr andrew came from holy sprit to do mass for us at the camp place and asked us to do the peace sign in a different fashion.. then it was time for lunch then, games..

what sial nalpon was damn what la.. then favourite white shirt got all muddy and icky. nervermind.. worth lt la.. THEN play soccer.. but a few guys so slack off and play captains ball instead. NALPON la..

after that, i dunno who's bright idea, tell everyone go line up in a line facing the field la.. but we can smell nalpon holding the bloody firehose to spay all of us.. wth.. then waterbomb come out, alot killing each other! then got a few small armies trying to whack john.. Thad nice shot! then jervis and i go behind him and whack.. what sial..

THEN at the end of the battle, all the DRY BEINGS were flooded with water over their heads! hah! sorry la.. there was a table full of broken items after the battale.. soggy shoes and socks.. broken specs(loads) and such.. my shoes and my specs sat miserably at that table.. my eyes are damn bad .. no glasses, walking around like a blind cockadoo..

then all go back shower.. boys dorm was in a mess. took the usual cubicle #17 .. then a nice facil lent me his spare glasses for the time being.. thanks!

after dinner, was prayer session.. and no, we didnt climb the wall again.. ya so this time it took me a while to get in the zone.. sitting at the back of the room with thad and sam.during the session John and the facils came and prayed over us.. some of them spoke in tongues..

pretty soon, people were kneeling and being prayed over.. then soon after, jervis got.. slain. the holy sprit filled his whole body.. and as it many others felt the same way though not having as much effect as him.. many broke down..
though, for some reason i didnt feel like it.. it felt as if there was a strong force in the room and it made me think and maybe sam felt the same way.. he and i went to try and stand by others..

many things happened that night.. undescribable the storm.. the atmosphere.. the reactions.. everything.. i think, no i believe that the holy sprit filled each of us and this was all the work of god..


DAY THREE

i think first to wake up in the boys dorm was again, sam, jervis, thad and i. Mass again in the morning.. Fr andrew came again to do mass in the room.. but before that was sharing session.. big time. this time all came up in pairs.. i think coming in two's really helped.. some broke down.. and surely everyone felt very warm after sharing what they had to say. unfortunately thad left already earlier that morning .. so i went up with sam..

ah well.. dont remember what happened after that.. wee pack, take the bus back.. (sang many songs.. john songs etc)

we ate lunch at kfc at TP.. i traded one of my chicken pieces for one of charm's which looked like a whole pidgeon la.. ok then we went home.. got BUSTED AGAIN for climbing the lakeview gates.. whats sial sorry la i forgot my key..

FIVE IMPORTANT THINGS LEARNT. (V.serious)
- Never doubt.. do your best and god will do the rest according to his master plan
- God uses us as instruments to spread the word and to help others.. god works on others through us.
- The power of God and the holy spirit is.. undescribable
- GOD IS REAL.
- GOD IS GOOD, ALL THE TIME!

ehh.. few more things i learnt
-climbing walls at camp is a BAD idea
-never mess with nalpon... he's freaky and dangles people by the legs
-never mess around gretchen's block even though i live in the estate..
-john is big and freaky.
-nalpon is big and freaky and he has skinny legs.
